What is the OR News Network? 

It is the fastest growing private members only Catholic/Christian News Community in the country, actually we are the FIRST private members only Catholic/Christian News Community in the country!

 

Why Join?

Because when the secular media fails to give us a voice, it is up to the good Christian Community to become their own writers, reporters, journalists, content producers and policy hawks...We are that community!

 

How much is membership?

100% FREE. Our site is hosted on the wix.com servers, Wix is a free website creator and hosting platform (they just place some ads on the site). Our site is 100% run by volunteers and members. So that means we will never ask you for any money!

 

What are the benefits?

Besides amazing content, great articles, and investigative journalism articles relevant to our Christian Morality, YOU will have the opportunity to become a professional writer and content producer! By commenting, submitting and posting articles and videos you are awarded special site permissions, badges and official titles. This is all related to the level of engagement you have with the community, the more you engage, the more honors you receive so lets out do each other with honor and give praise to the Lord! You could even work your way up to receiving your own “OR News Network” PRESS Pass! And don’t worry, you don’t have to post content to be a member, but we do ask that you comment on and share the articles you read and videos you watch.

 

Why is it a private members only Christian community?

Two reasons. One, as our membership begins to spread throughout Oregon Christendom and beyond our clout increases in the secular world. What this means is that for the first time in Oregon history Jesus Christ will have a Public Relations voice through our community of writer disciples. The more members we have the stronger our voices will be heard, so invite some friends!  Two, to keep unwanted or potentially divisive people out of the community. Our community is centered around Catholic Social and Moral Teaching and encouraged by the Corporeal and Spiritual works of mercy; so Love, Mercy and Justice is our philosophy.
